Money/ Visas and other official matters.
- Registration and Payment: To

Note: Final Date for Full Payment is six weeks before start of the
Tour.
- Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations
two weeks prior to the Tour will receive a 75% refund minus bank transfer charges.
Only in very exceptional cases can there be a refund once the tour
has started. In such case the refund will be 50% of the daily rate,
minus 25% of the overall fee (considered as deposit). This is normal
practice with any organised tour. What qualifies as an exceptional
case is completely up to the discretion of the organisers.
- Plane ticket: Book your ticket so
that you arrive in Cairo one day before the Tour starts.
Even if you are unsure as to whether you will be going yet, book your
ticket immediately anyway, some flights are booked out before the middle
of the year. It's easy to cancel in case you change your mind.

Any medical indications or dietary restrictions.
Also inform when you are making your deposit/payment as it is sometimes
difficult to tell from the bank statement where a deposit comes from.
- Passport: Valid at least for 6
months. Check with the embassies if in doubt.
- Visas: Citizens of the following countries are required to be in possession of a pre-arrival visa: Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, India, Indonesia, Israel, Lebanon, Macau, Macedonia, Malaysia, Montenegro, The Philippines, Russia, Serbia, Slovenia, Thailand, Ukraine and all African countries. Other countries can get visa on arrival. Visas are valid for 30 – 180 days and cost between $15 to $90 depending on the nationality. It is strongly advised, however, to check with your nearest Egyptian consulate to confirm the current status regarding your nationality.
- Money belt: It is good idea to keep
your valuables (money, passport) on your body and under your clothes
at all times.
- Changing Money: Most common
currencies can be changed upon arrival at the airport or at money
changers in town.
If bringing US notes make sure they are the new ones. Old ones are
mostly not accepted and if they are you'll get a much lower rate.
- Travel Insurance: Please take out
travel insurance before you leave in case of any medical emergency.
Agreements:
1. Be respectful, polite and considerate.
2. Contribute to a team spirit. Try to participate in all activities unless
you are not feeling well.
3. Alcohol, non prescription drugs, smoking of any type and non-vegetarian foods
(including garlic and onions which are not part of the yoga diet) are not
permitted at the program.
4. Rules and instructions presented at the tour by the tour organizers are to
be followed otherwise it will lead to the termination of your participation with
all costs involved born by the participant.
