What
to bring for travel in
Egypt
We will be arriving in Egypt in winter. During the days, the temperature
is rather warm, however, at night it can get cold. Therefore, both
warm and cold weather clothing is required.
Suggested Requirements
- Yoga Mat: foam or the like.
- Good walking shoes with grip.
- Slippers or sandals for daily use.
- Towel and toiletries
- Hat, sun glasses and sun block
- Warm Jumper
- Jacket
- Thick socks and thin socks
- Loose comfortable clothes for Yoga
- Mosquito repellent
- Camera and film, travel diary, etc.
- You may like to bring some dry food, just some things you like
(to share) and can't get in Egypt
- Inoculations are not compulsory, but you
can check with your doctor. An injection against Hepatitis
can be considered.
Some Things to Keep In Mind
The tour is something more than an ordinary holiday. The spirit of
the tour is to give oneself a chance to grow spiritually as well
as to enjoy the beauty of this ancient land. The program is sometimes
quite full. With the traveling and adjusting to people and practices
that are new it may occasionally feel a little intense. If you prepare
your mind you'll be able to take these experiences as challenges,
and besides having a good time, gather a little wisdom on the way.
We'll keep time for sharing and helping each other. Be sure to let
your guides know your needs in this regard.
